Create a General Admission (GA) event

We define a general admission (GA) event to have only one-single ticket type for the entire event. This means there is no selection for different types of tickets such as early bird and standard tickets. This is most suitable for smaller events such as parties, gigs, dinners or private functions.

Add Your Event Category and Event Details


  • On your Organizer Dashboard, go to “Event Manager” > “Add Event”.
  • You will see a page to choose your event category, as shown below. Select the most suitable category for your event. Then, click “Select”.Select Category
  • Then, you will see the “Add Details” page. Scroll down and you will see “Ticket Type” selection menu, as shown below. Ensure the selection says “General admission (GA)” as displayed below.

  • Enter your event date, time, venue and venue address. All this data is required.
  • You also need to provide the event title, event short description (excerpt).
  • You are recommended to upload a featured image and provide a detailed description.

 

Anytime you wish to save your work, click on “Draft” button on the top right corner of the screen.

 

Set Ticket Price Under General Tab


  • Don’t forget to enter your ticket price under the General tab.
  • You may also set a discounted price under the “Sale” field. To set a sale price, enter a discounted price you wish to sell your ticket for. You can also set the schedule of your sale (from when to when) by clicking on “Schedule.”

Manage Ticket Quantity Under Inventory Tab


Below are the settings inside the Inventory tab.

  • Event ID: An ID number that identifies your event. This is optional and for your own reference only.
  • Manage tickets: To enable or disable the feature to manage the number of tickets to sell. If this is not checked, ticket availability shall be controlled by the following setting – “Quantity status” (see below).
  • Quantity status: Define whether tickets are currently available (by setting this to “Available” or not available (by setting to “Unavailable”).
  • Sold individually: This setting allows you to limit the sale to one individual per ticket. Which means one person can order one ticket using one account. Since each account is linked with their facial ID, a person is unable to purchase more than one ticket by registering multiple accounts.

 

Submit Event For Review


Once you have filled in all the details for your event and tickets, click on the “Submit” button on the top right corner of the screen to submit it for approval. To save your work before submitting, click “Draft.”

Each review process usually takes less than 24 hours.
